The shareholders meeting of Polo Biology is held successfully on Dec. 26, 2008 the day before the ceremony for achieving a listing of Polo Biology and the 2008 anniversary for Polo Group. All shareholders from all parts of the country get together to listen to the report made by leaders of the company, take part in the discussion about the future work of the company and confer upon the relevant matter of company.
The meeting is opened with national anthem. Mr. Li Wu, Chairman of the board of Polo Group and chairman of the board of Polo Biology, Mr. Qing Wu, General manager and vice chairman of the board, Ms. Jie Liu, Vice chairman of the board and executive vice general manager, Ms. Yingjie Hu, Director and vice general manager and all members from the board of directors and the board of supervisors take part in this meeting.
Mr. Li Wu, Chairman of the board of Polo Biology makes the speech in the first place. He confirms the achievement made in last year and expresses the great hopes for the development of Polo in 2009. He expresses that the achievement we obtain has already become the history, we shall work hard in the future and create new sales record.
After him, Mr. Qing Wu, General manager of Polo biology, make the annual report to us. The report summarizes the great achievement obtained by us and the defect in last year. He expresses that we should keep our advantage and improves the lack of us in the future because there are more requirements for us after Polo Biology get listed on the TSX successfully. |
